PCCW has laid enough optical-fiber in Hong Kong . We even offer fiber to the home and office. Our broadband network holds a first-class track record in terms of stability and reliability. Business NETVIGATOR deploys new Fiber-To-The-Office technology (FTTO), which means optical-fiber carries data all the way from our exchanges directly into your office. Some other providers usually deploy Fiber-To-The-Building technology (FTTB), by which optical-fiber carries data to your building, then transfers it to copper wire into your office.
Business NETVIGATOR’s indoor-and-outdoor wireless Internet solution not only allows you to access the Internet via a laptop or handset in the office at any time, but also receives/sends email or connects to a company’s server from more than 9,000 PCCW Wi-Fi hotspots throughout Hong Kong. By using Business NETVIGATOR, you can always stay in touch with business associates.
Simply dial 10088 and our hotline staff will help you arrange every step of the relocation process, including details such as disconnection and re-connection of broadband service, telephone lines, your telephone system and servers – all to ensure smooth relocation of all your communications equipment.
Existing customers who have subscribed, or new customers who have applied for installation of designated PCCW business telephone lines and business broadband services, as well as those who have traded-in designated items based on their original self-installed business telephone systems, are entitled to certain incentives and cash coupon awards. Our engineers will conduct a thorough examination of a customer’s systems before relocation and provide backup for data. In addition, all hardware is labeled and packed professionally to prevent damage during the relocation process. We will then conduct a further examination of systems to ensure normal operations.
