Ms AU YONG KEI, Angie

Ms Angie Au Yong serves as Chief of Staff to the Group Managing Director’s Office and leads the Group’s integrated Risk and Regulatory function, which supports the development of a strong compliance culture and enables agile decision-making across the Group’s global operations. In this dual capacity, she is responsible for advancing cross-business collaboration on strategic priorities, assisting with new corporate initiatives, and guiding the Group through complex local and international regulatory environments.

With more than three decades of experience in the legal and technology sector, Ms Au Yong brings extensive expertise in regulatory and operational matters. Prior to her current role, she served as Legal Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at a multinational software and cloud computing company, where she oversaw global legal and compliance frameworks.

Ms. Au Yong holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Master of Laws degree in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and HKUST. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a licensed mediator.
