As you may be aware, HKT is Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service provider - and now the largest mobile service operator in Hong Kong. As an one2free prepaid customer, you will benefit from the combined strengths of our networks, retail channels, and customer service when the CSL business is fully integrated into HKT. We want to prove to you that as this integration is completed over the next few months, we can offer you a mobile experience nobody else can offer. The good news is that existing one2free/CSL/New World Mobility prepaid customers are not required to do anything to achieve the benefits of this development in the market. The service provider has been changed to CSL Mobile Limited, a company within the HKT group. Your existing service terms and conditions including price and service level remain the same.
