Service Plan
1. NETVIGATOR Broadband is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”); Now TV service is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW Media”); all services are available only in designated residential areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please see NETVIGATOR and Now TV websites at https://www.netvigator.com and https://www.nowtv.now.com respectively.
2. This is a limited time offer.
3. This offer is only available to new consumer customers (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO Broadband Service within 3 months prior to the application date) who subscribe to designated NETVIGATOR 1000M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service and designated Now TV Service (as Extra Services of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service) (collectively, “Service Plan”), each with a 18-month commitment period (“Commitment Period”) for designated residential areas. For other terms and conditions applicable to the Service Plan, please also see the Application Form (including the Service Guide) of the Service Plan.
4. Eligible customers are required to pay the service fee for the Service Plan in one lump sum payment of HK$2,000 (Original Price: HK$4,784) in advance at the time of the service subscription.
5. Customers must allow us to complete the service installation of the Broadband and Now TV Services within 30 days from the application date. The Commitment Period of the Service Plan will usually start from the installation date of the services.
6. If you have subscribed to any other services or other fees and charges payable under your Service Plan contract, you must pay for the same with such payment methods acceptable by us in accordance with your Service Plan contract.
NETVIGATOR 1000M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service
7. Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the services subscribed to for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office. For 1000M Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps. The actual speed experienced will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors.
Now TV Special Pack
8. The number of channels and On Demand Catalogs under the Now TV Special Pack are subject to change as to be announced by Now TV from time to time.
Termination of Services
9. If the Service Plan or any of the NETVIGATOR Broadband Service and/or the Now TV Service under the Service Plan is/are terminated before expiry of the Commitment Period for any reason, there will be no refund of any paid services fees and all remaining entitlement under the Service Plan shall be forfeited forthwith.
10. If the NETVIGATOR Broadband Service under the Service Plan is terminated for any reason, Now TV Service under the Service Plan will also be terminated at the same time, and there will be no refund of any paid services fees and all remaining entitlement under the Service Plan shall be forfeited forthwith.
At the End of the Commitment Period
11. At the end of the Commitment Period, if (a) we have not received any valid written termination request of the Service Plan contract from you; or (b) you have not renewed your existing contract nor entered into any new contract in respect of the NETVIGATOR Broadband and Now TV Services (together with any other Extra Services, if any) with a new commitment period, you agree that the service providers shall continue to provide those services to you under the existing contract on a month-to-month basis, subject to your payment of the service fees at the prevailing monthly rate for those services (without commitment period) as specified by the service providers at their sole discretion, until you terminate the contract for the services by giving us the requisite period of termination in accordance with your service contract.
Moving Home.
12. If you move your home and the NETVIGATOR Broadband and Now TV Services (together with any other Extra Services, if any) under the Service Plan are already available at your new residential address or we can provide those services at that address using our reasonable endeavours to do so, we will continue to provide you those services if you wish us to do so and you pay all applicable charges. You will need to call us to determine the Installation Service Fee or Activation Service Fee payable when you move (the amount payable will depend on your new address). If those services are unavailable at your new address or it is not possible for us to provide such services using our reasonable endeavours to do so, there will be no refund of any paid service fees for the Service Plan and all remaining entitlement under the Service Plan shall be forfeited forthwith and we may impose a charge on you equivalent to a maximum of the recommended retail price of any specified premium under your Service Plan contract on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months of the Commitment Period, plus the amount of waiver of Activation / Installation Service Fee (if any) offered to you at the time of your Service Plan contract, if you choose to end those services.
Others provisions
13. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products or services.
14. We may terminate or change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, HKT’s and/or PCCW Media’s decision is/are final.

Upon successful installation of the Now TV service under the offer, customers can enjoy: (i) a designated Soccer Combo with 15 months commitment. The designated Soccer Combo includes Soccer Pack, News Pack and Now True. (ii) SD/HD connection fee waiver during commitment period. HD Connection Service is available to customers whose Now TV installation address falls within HD coverage. Customer is not permitted to change the channels and/or packs within the commitment period. At the end of the Commitment Period, the Offer will continue to be provided on a month-to-month basis at the prevailing monthly rate published from time to time on our website http://nowtv.now.com/ to each customer until he/she ends his/her subscription by giving PCCW Media Limited at least 30 days’ prior written notice. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons 2022/23 to 2024/25. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers must subscribe to the 4K connection service in order to view the 4K version of the channels that they have subscribed (including matches in 4K resolution). With regard to La Liga’s 2022/2023 season, Now TV will screen matches broadcast by beIN SPORTS. Details of dates and times of matches will be announced by the event organiser in due course. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information. Please note that PCCW Media Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs and services on the Now TV service for the entire duration of your Now TV subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming. The channel line-up and programming on the Now TV service; and hours of broadcast of any program or channel are subject to change from time to time. Now TV is provided by PCCW Media Limited and available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group.

1. This Offer is for a limited period of 16 April 2023 to 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Under this Offer, customers are required purchase designated HKT Home Phone Service & Voice Package provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) with a 24-month commitment period with one lump sum payment of HK$1,980 and settle payment with the Hong Kong Government’s Consumption Vouchers using AlipayHK, BoC Pay, Octopus, PayMe from HSBC, Tap & Go or WeChat Pay HK. All fees paid are non-refundable.
3. Customers are required to enter into HKT’s designated service contract for the HKT Home Phone Service & Voice Package. If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the service contract, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, unless HKT advises otherwise.
4. Customers must allow installation of the Home Phone Service to be carried out and completed at the service installation address within 30 days of the service application date.
5. Eligible customers will earn 2,250 Clubpoints upon successful subscription and installation of the service.
6. If the payment is made by Tap & Go Mastercard® card (including Tap & Go Mastercard card in Tap & Go primary account or Tap & Go Consumption Voucher Scheme account), eligible customers will earn extra 500 Clubpoints.
7. The 2,250 Clubpoints will be deposited to eligible customer’s the Club account within 4-6 week after the first bill payment is duly settled. The extra 500 Clubpoints will be arranged in around the 13th month after commencement of the commitment period and after verification of good payment record.
8. The commencement date of the commitment period shall be the date of completion of the installation of the Home Phone Service, unless HKT advises otherwise.
9. Customers cannot enjoy this offer with any other promotional offer or service plan offered by HKT.
10. If a customer cancels his/her service contract before completion of the service installation; or if the service installation is not completed within the said 30-day period for whatever reason (except solely due to the default of HKT), an application cancellation charge of HK$500 will be charged to the customer.
11. A customer may terminate his/her service contract at any time during the commitment period by giving HKT not less than 30 days’ advance written notice, but the lump sum service fee of HK$1,980 will not be refundable in any event Customers will be liable to pay an HK$1 early termination fee. Customer will also need to pay HKT for the value of any premium he/she received or the discounted amount of any premium he/she has purchased.
12. The calculation, redemption and validity of Clubpoints are governed by the terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) (https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html).
13. Designation of Tap & Go as the stored value facility account for receiving the consumption voucher under the Consumption Voucher Scheme (“CVS”) provided by the HKSAR Government (“Government”) is subject to the Tap & Go’s Government Consumption Voucher Terms and Conditions (www.tapngo.com.hk/eng/cvs_tnc.html), the Government CVS (https://www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk/en/2023cvs.html) and the approvals, actions and decisions of the Government.
14. Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities Licence Number: SVF0002) is operated by HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”), a stored value facility operator designated by the Government under the CVS and subject to its relevant terms and conditions. HKT Payment accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to goods, products and/or services provided by HKT and The Club. 15. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKT is final and binding.

If in doubt, please consult the salesperson before making a purchase.

^ᴹThe TV wall mount must be purchased together with the TV. The TV wall mount includes basic installation service for standard solid walls. Customers must ensure that the chosen installation location does not contain in-wall wiring and is suitable for mounting the TV wall mount. The TV wall mount is not eligible for refund. Customers are advised to confirm their requirements and the applicability of the product before purchase. If the installation wall is made of special materials, additional installation fees may be required, or installation may not be possible.
