We are pleased to inform you that CSL Limited (“CSL”) (the provider of your one2free service) has become part of the HKT Group (“HKT”) with effect from May 14, 2014. As you may be aware, HKT is Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service provider - and now the largest mobile service operator in Hong Kong. As an one2free customer, you will benefit from the combined strengths of our networks, retail channels, and customer service when the CSL business is fully integrated into HKT. We want to prove to you that as this integration is completed over the next few months, we can offer you a mobile experience nobody else can offer. The good news is that existing one2free customers are not required to do anything to achieve the benefits of this development in the market – e.g. you do not need to enter into a new service contract with HKT. Your existing contractual terms and conditions including price, contract term and level of service will remain the same. We will need to transfer your contract to CSL Mobile Limited, a company within the HKT group, but all of your personal information and relevant documents will be protected to the usual high standards that are our practice and are expected of us by millions of HKT customers every day.
