Job Description:
Your role
- To assist Process Planning Manager in strategy implementation on various eCS platforms
- To coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Marketing, Legal, IT, etc.) to plan and execute enhancements on the eCS platforms
- To conduct user acceptance test (UAT) before actual roll-out
- To perform quality checks on the e-platforms and compile weekly analytical reports for management review
- To coordinate and execute various promotion items (i.e. posters, online banners, etc.) and activities (i.e. lucky draw, Facebook activities, etc.) for stimulating registration and usage of the eCS platforms

To succeed in this role
- Degree or diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Information System or related disciplines
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in telecom industry
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office applications will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to work independently under tight schedule
- Good command of verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
