Job Description:

As a member of our Consumer Marketing - Local Telephone Service Team, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives to achieve company targets and objectives.

Your role

  • Formulate and execute marketing programs for driving new business across channels
  • Initiate, plan and implement marketing campaigns for acquisition and to grow revenue in order to achieve business target
  • Lead, coordinate and manage various online customer touch-points, including branded websites,  on-line and social media platforms, to promote our products & services
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams including IT, product team, regulatory affairs, legal team as well as different Sales Channels, to develop and execute marketing campaign
  • Co-ordinate above-the-line and below-the-line marketing communications including traditional and online above-the-line, sales kits, retail display and advertorials etc.
  • Track and measure campaign success to drive future strategy
  • Evaluate, manage and review performance of marketing campaigns with profitability analysis and identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Marketing area
  • Understanding of the local telecommunications market will be an advantage
  • Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
  • Be Innovative and able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
  • Be proactive, independent, sales focused, result-oriented, capable to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong project management with strong sense of ownership for end-to-end
  • Be able to interpret data and evaluate program results using systematic data analysis
  • Be detail-minded and well versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
