Being a member of our Smart Living Engineering Team, you will be responsible for:
- Service provisioning and maintenance of home networking systems & e-Smart Health Projects
- Daily routine router maintenance for residential flats & Houses
- On-site support in construction sites
- Coordinate with CS to ensure service quality
- Carry out shift duties

To Succeed in this Role
- Knowledge of Networking in both design and provisioning
- Knowledge of Security System in both provisioning and maintenance is an advantage
- Good problem solving skills and able to work in frontline customer service
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Eager to learn and willing to take up new assignments & challenges
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as field control
- Willing to work under pressure and irregular working hours
