As you may be aware, HKT is Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service provider - and now the largest mobile service operator in Hong Kong. As a PCCW-HKT mobile customer, you will benefit from the combined strengths of our networks, retail channels, and customer service when the CSL business is fully integrated into HKT. We want to prove to you that as this integration is completed over the next few months, we can offer you a mobile experience nobody else can offer. The good news is that existing PCCW-HKT mobile customers are not required to do anything to achieve the benefits of this development in the market. PCCW Mobile HK Limited has changed its name to CSL Mobile Limited. Your existing contractual terms and conditions including price, contract term and level of service will remain the same.
