We have established a one-stop HKT Elderly Hotline to provide prompt response and assistance for the elderly aged 65 or above. Through the Hotline, the elderly can obtain different services including general enquiry, technical support, contract or bills enquiry, termination or relocation of service, as well as information for offers designated for the elderly.
HKT offers discounted service plans of home phone, Internet connectivity and mobile service to the elderly. Special concessions are also available for eligible applicants from low-income families.
