- Deliver professional customer service and technical support to HKT Premier’s customers via instant chat room and email
- Customers follow up regarding their enquiries received in writing
- Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions to Management team for on-going service improvement
- Work location: Sha Tin
- Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5-day work

- Diploma graduates or above in all discipline
- With minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, knowledge in broadband / mobile products would be an advantage; candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Relations Executive
